About This Visualization

This graph shows trade relations between countries. Countries with more trade between them are positioned closer together. Depending on your selection the color of the nodes indicates either:

  • The inflation rate of the country, with blue indicating low inflation (below 2%) and red indicating high inflation (above 2%).
  • Or the income (ppp) of the country, with red indicating low income and green indicating high income.

Node size represents total trade volume. Hover over a node to see the country name, total trade volume, and inflation rate.

Data Limitations

This data relies on self-reported trade statistics and is limited to specific trade categories. Therefore, the data may be incomplete or inaccurate. Some countries may not report all trade data, and certain trade relationships may be missing or underreported.
